I took this recipe from Andreea Caroline and I recommend it because it turned out wonderful !!!
- 200 gr of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 lta baking powder
- 8 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 tablespoons plain yogurt
- salt, white pepper
- 1 handful of boiled peas
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 3 sausages or ham
- 40 grams of parmesan race
- a few tablespoons of canned corn
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Appetizer muffins:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Beat eggs with a whisk and add yogurt, oil, salt, ground white pepper, flour mixed with baking powder and then grated Parmesan cheese.
Cut the peppers and sausages into cubes and mix them with the corn and peas (I boiled the frozen peas for 5 minutes then drained them and left them to cool). Mix with the rest of the composition and put in the muffin tins. Bake until lightly browned on top. Let cool and remove from the mold.
