The vegetables are cleaned and chopped according to preference.
Put to harden for about 5 minutes on low heat.
In a 2 liter pot put the vegetables and fill with water.
Let it boil for 10 minutes, then add the diced fish and let it boil for another 10 minutes ... no more because the fish will crumble.
At the end we taste the soup with salt and pepper and turn off the heat.
Put the finely chopped parsley.
When serving, add vinegar to taste.
