Homemade bread with potatoes

Homemade bread with potatoes

Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters and boil them with a teaspoon of salt, add enough water to cover them.

Rub the yeast with the sugar until it becomes liquid and sprinkle a tablespoon of flour, set aside until the puree is done.

Drain the potato soup in a glass, pass the mashed potatoes, put the cube of butter, milk and oil and mix. Pour the glass with the potato soup, and then sprinkle the flour and the other teaspoon of salt, mixing with a spoon until the flour is incorporated. Continue to add flour until a dough is made that no longer sticks to your hands. Put it on the work table and knead vigorously for a few minutes, sprinkling the flour so that it doesn't stick. Leave to rise for about 30 minutes.

After the 30 minutes have passed, remove the crust from the bowl and knead again. Divide the crust in two and make two round loaves that are placed in the baking tray for another 20 minutes. Place in the oven at a higher temperature for the first 10 minutes, and then let the heat simmer until golden. Remove and let cool then put in paper bags ... if you can :)
