Quick chicken rolls with bacon

Quick chicken rolls with bacon

I cut the chicken breast into slices as thin as possible. I beat each slice a little. Some came out bigger, others smaller. Season them with salt, pepper and paprika.

Place a slice or two of chicken breast on each slice of bacon (to reach the length of the slice of bacon) and roll. The bacon must be on the outside. Fix the roll with toothpicks.

Place the rolls in a yena bowl and place in the oven until lightly browned.

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

Yes, your rolls are very good looking, bravo! And on our holiday table they are a place of honor! I "learned" them from my mother, she put pickled donuts instead of cucumbers.

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

THE ROLLS ARE SUPER. NOT TO RELEASE, I THINK THEY MUST BE FIXED WITH A SCRUTCHER.

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

Simona, here too, this is an indispensable recipe on the holiday table, also learned from my mother. They are really very comfortable and easy to prepare and have them in the fridge when needed.

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

florin, if you do it with a chop that stretches a fairly large sheet and rolls well, toothpicks are not necessary, as you can see from my pictures. if the chicken breast is smaller and rolls to the limit, then yes, some toothpicks would go to keep them rolled.

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

Hi. I also tried today, for Romania's day, to make the recipe. I followed the recipe point by point. I fried the rolls until they almost burned, I let them rest during this time making the mashed potatoes and surprise: inside the rolls were a bit RAW when I cut them into slices. on the outside they were ready, but on the inside yes. I had to put them for 1 2 hours in the hot oven. It seems that now they are made inside as well. , and only now can toothpicks be used for fixation. If the slice of meat is too stretched, there is a double rolling and what happened to me happens. It is an experience. SERVUS.

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

flosrin, the meat is beaten thin, even if it overlaps a little, it's ok. then frying over low, low heat. it takes some time, but this way the rolls penetrate to the center without burning on top.

ionas florin 4 years ago - 2 December 2013 20:37

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

You're right. The meat was beaten very thin, but certainly not enough. The problem with the small fire, I admit I didn't realize it !? Thanks for the advice, I'll repeat the recipe soon. Servus.

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

florin, in point 6, writes "Heat 2 cm of oil well in a large pan. When the oil is hot, turn the heat to low." this is true whenever you fry something, otherwise if it is too thick there are chances that the food will not penetrate.

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

I make them with chicken breast and I put another thin slice of bacon in the roll. I fix them with toothpicks so that I don't have any surprises when frying.

Hi! Are the rolls good and without cheese? Does it influence the taste a lot if I don't put cheese anymore? Ast rasp ms

Ioana 3 years ago - 15 March 2014 16:07

Re: Mosaic meat rolls

a bit yes, especially when they are warm, the soft cheese feels pleasant. but even when they are cold, it "binds" the inner pieces.

How do we prepare chicken breast roll with bacon?

How to make marinade:

The mustard together with the soy sauce, the aromatic herbs, the salt and the pepper are mixed in a bowl and left like this until we cut the meat.

The chicken breast is washed, deboned (if necessary) and cut on the horizontal side into strips the length of the bacon slices. Put the bacon, and then a strip of breast (about 1-1.5 cm) grease with the marinade made earlier, add a little chopped parsley and roll, and if necessary, catch with a toothpick.
I used the muffin tray, but you can use any tray you want. Grease the pan with olive oil, put the rolls in turn and then sprinkle a little with the rest of the oil and go in the preheated oven at 150 & deg celsius for 30-40 minutes

How to make baked potatoes

Peeled, washed and chopped potatoes are boiled for 5-7 minutes (from the moment the water starts to boil) then removed from the pan, drained and placed in the pan. Put salt, pepper, paprika (or curry) on them and mix them lightly, then put the butter on top and bake with the rolls. (we will take them out 10 minutes before the rolls).

boneless chicken breast

slices of bacon
salt

paprika

The chicken breast is cut into slices, after which each slice is beaten with a hammer.

Season the meat, then place a slice of melted cheese on each slice (optionally a slice of bell pepper). Roll well at the ends and then roll with a slice of bacon.

Repeat until finished, place in a pan, add water, a little oil and thyme. I covered the tray with food foil and put it in the oven, and in the last 5-10 minutes I took the foil.

Chicken breast roll with bacon and cheese

100 grams, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, dill and toothpicks. I cut the chicken into pieces and beat it well (wrapped in transparent foil) until it was considerably thinner - less than half a centimeter. I seasoned the meat with salt, pepper and paprika and then cut the resulting pieces to obtain some thin strips, about 10 cm wide.

I cut the bacon into thin strips, and the cheese sticks about 10 cm long. On each piece of meat I put 2-3 strips of bacon, a cheese stick and a little cumin. I rolled and fixed the roller with a few toothpicks. I repeated the procedure for each piece of meat. I put all the rolls in the oven, in a tray on baking paper, for about 45 minutes at 175 degrees.

After they were done, I let them cool a bit, I took out the toothpicks and cut them into small pieces, up to an inch wide. I placed them on the plate and sprinkled with a little dry dill.

Chicken liver wrapped in bacon

Grease the bacon slices on each side with the prepared aromatic oil.

Wash and clean the livers if necessary. Roll one liver in each slice of bacon.

Place the rolls in a suitable oven tray.

Grease the rolls with the rest of the aromatic oil.

Pour the wine into the pan and put in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.

When they are ready, take them out and sprinkle the grated cheese over the rolls.

Put in the oven for another 5-10 minutes at 200 degrees.

Serve hot with salad or pickles. Serve in moderation!

Recipe video CHICKEN LIVES WRAPPED IN BACON lower:

Chicken rolls wrapped in bacon

I've always liked dishes that end up wrapped in bacon. As unhealthy as it is, bacon has a unique taste. They know what the English know :) That's what I cooked last night, a recipe deviated from a recipe deviated, in turn, from another recipe. A kind of innovation, but it turned out very well.

  • 300 gr boneless, skinless, sliced chicken breast
  • 12-16 mushroom mushrooms
  • 8-10 slices of thinly sliced bacon
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch of green garlic
  • 3 tablespoons hot mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon ground rosemary
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 50 gr parmesan
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 ml semi-dry white wine
  • salt pepper

I finely chopped the mushrooms and put them to harden, over low heat, & icircn in a tablespoon of olive oil, mixed with finely chopped green garlic and white wine.

As the mushrooms hardened, I made the mustard sauce I mentioned earlier. 3 tablespoons mustard, 4 cloves crushed garlic, a tablespoon of dried thyme, a tablespoon of ground rosemary, mixed well.

Meanwhile, the mushrooms were almost ready (the liquid came out of the pan, they softened). I chopped the greens, the parsley.

I took them off the heat and added the chopped greens.

Then I mixed the 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs well with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and Parmesan cheese, I added salt and pepper and I mixed everything with the mushrooms.

The chicken breast, cut into thin slices (I beat them a little) and greased them with a thin layer of mustard with spices, over which I put a mushroom filling.

Then I rolled them up, wrapped them in a slice of bacon and caught them with toothpicks so they wouldn't fall apart.

I fried them in oil and heated them.

After 3-4 minutes I returned them. When the meat was browned and penetrated, I took them out. As a garnish, if I still had it on the stove, I made some mushrooms filled with bacon and crumbled cheese in the house, put in the oven for about 10 minutes. They went great.
